Jos Pink
Managing Director and Co-founder
Jos is the co-founder and managing director and originally started working on Landstack over 7 years ago, and launched it to market 5 years ago. He has grown the team to what it is today and continues to work at the forefront of its development.
Alistair Reynolds
CTO and co-founder
Alistair is one of the founding members of the Landstack team, and has brought extensive knowledge from his years of experience as a developer. Throughout his time with us, he has lead the direction of the tech side of the website into what it is today, moving on to become CTO as the development team grew
Will Pink
Head of Business Development
Will joined Landstack with extensive knowledge of the Land and Development industry and began as the lone business development manager. He has grown this into a full team and is now Head of Business Development.
Gaurav Goel
Head of Finance
Gaurav has stepped into the role of Head of Finance, having expertly grown alongside the company to lead our fiscal strategy. He plays a vital role in making key financial decisions that drive Landstack’s long-term stability and growth. Gaurav’s deep understanding of our operations ensure that every stratehic move is backed by sound financial insight.

Head of Client Care
Ann leads our Client Care department with a dedicated focus on ensuring every Landstack user thrives. She is the primary advocate for our community, overseeing the entire post-signup journey to guarantee seamless onboarding and long-term satisfaction. Ann’s commitment to excellence ensures our clients always have the support and insights they need to succeed.

Account Manager
Georgia joins Landstack from the Hill Group, one of the UK’s most prominent housebuilders. She brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a deep understanding of the development lifecycle to our team. Her frontline experience is invaluable in helping our clients!

Senior Business Development Manager
