HMR Lands Registry Price Increase
HM Land Registry will be updating their fees. 📢
Starting 9th December 2024, fees for HM Land Registry’s information services will see an increase, the first in over a decade.
Some key changes include:
👉 Fees for electronic inspection of individual registers or plans will rise from £3 to £7.
👉 Agricultural Credits and Land Charges will increase from £1 to £5 per entry.

What an unforgettable day! Our recent company outing to Bath Races was a brilliant opportunity to relax and connect outside of the usual office setting.
Whether it was placing a few bets, cheering from the sidelines, or enjoying a drink with colleagues, the day felt like the perfect blend of team bonding and excitement. But perhaps the best part was the chance to strengthen relationships and create memories. Days like this remind us of the importance of balance, celebrating our achievements, and taking time to recharge.
