🌿 Biodiversity Gain Plan: Phased Development Templates 🌿
Exciting news for developers and environmental planners! The Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA) has introduced new templates to help streamline the creation of biodiversity gain plans for phased developments. These templates are designed to assist in demonstrating how your project will enhance biodiversity over time, ensuring compliance with regulations while also contributing positively to the local ecosystem. 🌱
By submitting these templates to your local planning authority, you can:
1. Simplify the process of meeting biodiversity net gain (BNG) requirements.
2. Ensure phased developments are ecologically sustainable.
3. Plan and track biodiversity improvements across project phases.
